What the site is for
Reading, and using the calculators. Both are free and neither needs an account. You may use the site for your own purposes, including at work, as long as you are not doing one of the things listed under fair use below.
This is not medical advice
The most important term on this page. Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, no doctor-patient relationship is created by reading it, and no calculator result is a measurement or a diagnosis. Decisions about your health belong with a qualified professional who knows your history. The full statement, including what to do in an emergency, is in our medical disclaimer, and it forms part of these terms.
Accuracy, and its limits
We check what we publish against the sources named in our editorial policy, and we correct errors when they are found. We cannot promise the site is free of mistakes, that a page reflects guidance published this morning, or that a formula is the right one for your body. Calculator results are population-level estimates, and every calculator page says which formula produced the number and where it came from. Use them as reference points, not as answers.
What you may do with our content
The articles, the calculator code, the design and the images are ours or licensed to us, and copyright stays with the owner. You are welcome to:
- Link to any page, including deep links to a calculator, with no permission needed.
- Quote a short passage with a visible credit and a working link back to the page it came from.
- Print or save a page for your own use, or to take to an appointment.
Please do not republish an article in whole or in substantial part, feed the site into a scraper or a content mill, copy the calculators or their formulas implementation into another site or app, use our name or design in a way that suggests we endorse you, or remove a source list from a piece you quote. If you want to use something in a way this section does not cover, ask through the contact page. We usually say yes.
What you send us
Comments are closed on this site, so the only way to reach us is the contact page. Keep what you send civil and keep it legal: no abuse, no spam or link dropping, no impersonation, and nothing you do not have the right to send. We read everything and we answer most of it, but we are not obliged to publish any of it.
You keep the copyright in what you write. If you send us a correction or a source and we act on it, we may quote you on the page, and we will ask first. Do not send us confidential information or personal health details you would not want stored; an email is not a consultation. What happens to what you send is in our privacy policy.
Links to other sites
We link out constantly, because a claim without its source is not worth much. Those sites are not ours, we do not control what they publish or how they handle your data, and a link is not an endorsement of everything else on that domain. When you follow one, their terms and their privacy notice apply.
Availability
The site is offered as it is. We do not promise it will be available at any particular moment, that every feature works in every browser, or that a page you bookmarked will still exist in a year. We may change, move or remove anything, though we redirect old addresses where we reasonably can.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using the site or from acting on something you read here, including any decision about diet, exercise, supplements, medication or medical care. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded, and nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

Which law applies
This site is operated from North Macedonia, and these terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us goes to the courts there. That is where we are, not a choice made to put a dispute out of your reach: if you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim locally and to rely on your own country’s protections, this clause does not take that away from you. Purchases are covered by the terms of sale, which say the same thing about the paid plan.
Changes
These terms change when the site does, and the date at the top moves with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version. If a change is substantial, we will say so on this page rather than leave you to spot it.
