About These Tools
Every calculator on this page runs entirely in your browser: nothing you type is collected, stored or sent anywhere. The meal matcher is the one exception, and only partly. It sends the two targets you set so the server can weigh the food against them, and it keeps neither them nor anything else. Each tool’s page explains the formula behind it, shows the reference ranges doctors use, and answers the most common questions, so you understand the number you get, not just receive it.
The results are educational reference points, not medical advice. Bodies differ, and no formula knows your history. For decisions about your health, medication, pregnancy, or diet, talk to a licensed healthcare provider who does.
Missing a calculator you would find useful? Tell us and we will consider building it next.
