Unsubscribe

No persuading, no survey, no offer to slow the emails down instead. Here is how to stop them.

The link in any email

Open any email we have sent you and use the unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click, nothing to confirm, and it takes effect immediately. You do not need to be signed in to anything and you do not need this page. Your mail program may also show an unsubscribe button of its own next to the sender, which we support and which does the same thing.

One click covers everything

The calculators, the plan quiz and the email box all write to one list, so there is nothing else to leave separately. One unsubscribe stops the welcome sequence, the follow-ups and anything sent later. If you bought the four-week plan, leaving the list does not take it away from you: the plan stays at its own address and keeps working.

If the link does not work

Write to us through the contact page from the address you want removed and say you want off. We do it by hand the same day and reply to confirm. An unsubscribe link that has stopped working is a fault on our side, so tell us which email it was in and we will fix it for everyone else too.

Deleting what we hold, not just stopping the email

Unsubscribing stops the sending. It does not by itself erase the record that you were subscribed, which we keep so we do not email you again by mistake. If you want everything deleted, ask through the contact page and say so plainly: we remove the address, the quiz answers attached to it and any plan generated for it, and we tell you when it is done. The privacy policy sets out what each of those holds and how long it would otherwise be kept.

Landed here by accident, or changed your mind? The email updates page says exactly what arrives and how often.
